With the 3rd stage of the Cammino del Parco Cilento, Diano Alburni, we enter the adult age of our experience both for the type of path and because we have become familiar with the basic philosophy that induces people to move with a certain continuity in a direction with the aim of reaching a place that will be the starting point for another goal. The first section is slightly uphill for about 2 km and takes us to the town of Controne. From there, a wall appears in front of you with a challenging, difference in height until you reach the cemetery where you enter a provincial road that goes up for about 5 km up to Postiglione. The next goal is the Scorzo di Sicignano district. 4 km to the destination; halfway it is worth stopping in the small village of Terranova dominating the Sele valley
