Following the cycle / pedestrian path towards Casalvelino Marina adjacent to the SP 161, proceed north following the coast. After crossing the bridge over the Velino river, turn left to take another track that runs along the drainage canal and leads along the seafront to the tourist port. Here we take the SP 267 towards Pioppi where Ancel Keys

codified the Mediterranean Diet. Following the beautiful promenade, after passing in front of Palazzo Vinciprova, home to the museum of the D.M. you arrive at the visitor center. Here you go up on the SP 161 which you must follow to reach the destination of the stage: Acciaroli in the municipality of Pollica.
